Despite our constant best efforts in packaging, we cannot take responsibility for the incompetence of the
postal service in regards to lost or damaged unregistered orders.
Let us know if you require registered mail by mentioning it when paying through the cart.
A quote and request for the additional fee relevant to your personal order will be sent shortly thereafter.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Returns / refunds are only accepted for faulty items, or items received that through error are not the titles listed on the order invoice.
